All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.

MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@bombayvillageart.com We will arrange to replace the defective item with an identical one at no additional cost.

RETURN TIMELINE

Any request for replacement due to a manufacturing defect must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted. Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving your order

REFUND POLICY

We do not offer any refunds, and all purchases are non-refundable.

However, under exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved, the amount will be credited within 4-7 working days to the original payment method.

LOGISTICAL COSTS

Customers are responsible for the cost and arrangement of returning any defective item to our facility. However, these shipping costs will be reimbursed via your preferred payment method within 10 days of the replacement being shipped.
